Patient Advocates
At Blue Heron Dentistry, our patients’ oral and overall health are our top priority. We know delaying the treatment of a problem area in the mouth can lead to more complex and costly dental work in the future, and expense should not prevent you receiving the care you need. We’re happy to discuss all available options to make payment more manageable.
Insurance
We accept all insurance and work with you to maximize your benefits, however, we are not an in-network provider.
We are your advocate, basing treatment recommendations on findings and diagnoses for your individual needs, and not on the limited coverage options created by insurance companies to standardize and minimize benefits payments.
For Delta Insured patients, we collect the entire fee for service the day of treatment, because Delta sends the insurance check to the patient, not to our office. As a courtesy, we will submit insurance claims on your behalf.
Payment Options
Care Credit is a dental line of credit we offer through Wells-Fargo.
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
Pay-Out-of-Pocket Discount: for patients without dental coverage, pay same day in full with cash or check to receive a discount
Cash & Checks: A $50 returned check fee will be assessed to your account for every check that is returned due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF)
