48-Hour Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other waiting patients and our staff, please notify us within 48-hours weekdays (not including weekends) before your scheduled appointment if you cannot come. Otherwise, a $50.00 cancellation fee shall be charged to your account. Up to three (3) cancellations shall be charged before other penalties apply. Thank you for your cooperation.
